James P. Welch

James P. Welch is an attorney with the Law Offices of Peter J. Russo, P.C.James attended the Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. James obtained his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

James’ practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce, custody, adoption, child support, alimony and spousal support, and protection from abuse matters. Prior to joining the office, James operated his own general practice law firm in York, representing clients primarily in family law and criminal defense matters. James also previously worked for Mooney Law in Gettysburg and McNees Wallace and Nurick in Lancaster. James and his family reside in West York.
