Shawn Westhafer

Shawn Westhafer, Attorney

Shawn Westhafer is a lifelong resident of the Harrisburg area, having grown up in Mechanicsburg, and now lives in Midtown Harrisburg with his family. He has been active in many community benefit organizations for most of his life, including being the founder of Harrisburg Clean Streets Project, the president of Friends of Midtown, and an active member of the Pennsylvania STEAM Academy PTA, the Broad Street Market Task Force, and the Harrisburg Public Safety Advisory Committee. Shawn earned degrees in environmental science from Harrisburg Area Community College and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania before transitioning to law and earning a degree from Widener University School of Law (now Widener Law Commonwealth).

Shawn served as assistant counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry’s Unemployment Compensation Board of Review for over ten years. At the Law Offices of Peter J. Russo, Shawn focuses primarily on all forms of business law. Shawn also handles property law and estate law matters.
