Melissa M. Mehaffey
Melissa provides support with corporate and transactional matters, including incorporation of new companies, maintaining corporate records, and more complex corporate matters involving restructuring of corporate entities. Melissa also provides support in employment litigation matters, drafting of pleadings, drafting of will and estate documents and she is also the liaison in communicating with clients and any related parties.
Additionally, Melissa also has experience with various areas of law including family law filings and proceedings, bankruptcy filings, litigation/dispute resolution, and real estate transactions. Melissa obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business Law in 1999, majoring in Specialized Business Degree in Paralegal.
Outside of work she enjoys and invests time in her family and her photography business.
